had the lock installed for 3 weeks. product is great and I love the app. had a software issue and they got back to me same day! a reinstall fixed it. continue to be awesome 6 months in.

I like that it lets me control and see how many tubes the door has been opened and by whom when using a code or card, or if it's been unlocked by key.

Edited: Google marked this app as spyware. App asks for basically full permissions to your phone including location, pictures, nearby devices, mic. Stores finger prints to open door. Otherwise, seamless experience. Finger sensor has worked flawlessly with our family of 6. It's great to be able to check the status of the door and lock remotely if needed. Nice to see when kids get home by getting a notification of the finger print that unlock the door. Great value.
