Just purchased the device recently, and I haven't even been able to print one photo because the app keeps crashing. After investing all this money in the device and accessories, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. My phone and the Pop are connected, but then I go to print an image, and it says they are not connected. When I poke around to try and resolve the problem, the app crashes over and over. Plainly, this is embarrassing for Polaroid.

The app does not work. I know this camera has been out for a long time but I just bought one brand new and no matter what I do this app will not connect to my phone. as far as the camera goes I do love it but I was hoping to print from my phone. I've done everything possible. when I try to connect it and it's connected to pop on my phone, it says there's no internet because now the internet is the pop. very disappointed

I keep coming back after every few months to see if this app will ever work again. So it let's me take pictures in the app and print them, but I still can't open my gallery. I guess this is better than the camera being completely useless, but I would rather just be able to print photos from my gallery.
