This app used to work as described. After an update, I haven't been able to log in to this app for several months. I can't reset my password, log in with facebook, use biometrics, or even create a new account. I'm missing out on redeeming and earning rewards, which is the whole point of the app. Very disappointing!

Still a useless app after the update. Still so many bugs. Any time I try to enter a missed transaction it gives me an error and says contact customer service. Customer service doesn't exist. It only alerts your store, and they have no ability to do anything with the app or rewards. I've given up on trying to earn rewards, which means the loyalty program isn't doing its job. There's no incentive to go to KK over the bundt cake shop down the road.

App doesn't work. It crashes all the time if you want to change tabs. If you attempt to enter a missed transaction it doesn't work. Even contacting customer service, they don't respond to it after you provide them with all of your info. Has been over a month since I contacted, and of course now my transaction is expired so they can't do anything about it
