I've used a great number of mobile apps for food, but the simple fact that this one links a credit card to a single location is trash as long as you keep going to the same Krystals over and over and over you don't have a problem with the app. But the very second you go to a new crystals you have to completely delete your credit card and put it back in for the new store.

It's unfortunate when you spend your money and receive piss poor food quality and half your order is missing. To top it off when you select to have someone contact you after providing your feedback because unlike all other food apps you cannot not file a complaint or dispute your order in the app(major red flag) no one reaches out. My order was placed on 8/2/2026 it is now 8/6/2026 and I still haven't spoke to anyone because the location won't answer the phone.

DO NOT USE! I chose my local store and it changed the store number to a different state. Tried to call to cancel, phone is ALWAYS busy. Tried to contact corporate, get sent back to this awful app. I think this may be some type of scam to steal money. most restaurants don't charge your car till you say you're there, but these people took my money and then I had to pay again to actually get the food. It sounds like stealing. and you can't reach anyone to get it fixed. I have emailed to no avail.
