I've used a great number of mobile apps for food, but the simple fact that this one links a credit card to a single location is trash as long as you keep going to the same Krystals over and over and over you don't have a problem with the app. But the very second you go to a new crystals you have to completely delete your credit card and put it back in for the new store.

Horrible App/Customer Service. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location via app. I tried to cancel but the app would not let me. It told me I needed to drive to the store where I placed the order which was 89 miles away so that was not an option. I tried to call the store to cancel my order & got a funny busy signal for days so was unable to cancel. I emailed support twice through the app and got no response. I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me. 100% done w/Krystal after this.

My local location wasn't given a QR scanner, so I can't sign in when I order in person. I'm given the New Member reward for two Krystals with any five dollar purchase: not a single attempt to check out allows the Reward to be applied, and staff is not able to apply my number to accept the reward. The only saving grace is that the receipts print the code so you can retroactively get your points back. You are almost better off just ordering in person like a normal customer.
