I've used a great number of mobile apps for food, but the simple fact that this one links a credit card to a single location is trash as long as you keep going to the same Krystals over and over and over you don't have a problem with the app. But the very second you go to a new crystals you have to completely delete your credit card and put it back in for the new store.

DO NOT USE! I chose my local store and it changed the store number to a different state. Tried to call to cancel, phone is ALWAYS busy. Tried to contact corporate, get sent back to this awful app. I think this may be some type of scam to steal money. most restaurants don't charge your car till you say you're there, but these people took my money and then I had to pay again to actually get the food. It sounds like stealing. and you can't reach anyone to get it fixed. I have emailed to no avail.

Horrible App/Customer Service. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location via app. I tried to cancel but the app would not let me. It told me I needed to drive to the store where I placed the order which was 89 miles away so that was not an option. I tried to call the store to cancel my order & got a funny busy signal for days so was unable to cancel. I emailed support twice through the app and got no response. I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me. 100% done w/Krystal after this.
