! However Starting From Android 4.4(Kitkat), WhoWho will not be able to block text message(SMS, MMS) in accordance with Google’s service policy.

I installed to get some rest from the spams but it seems this app itself is a scam with tons of advertising every time a call or sms arrives.

Interface completely in Korean and cannot be changed. Intrusive ads throughout the app. Does not detect spam or previously blocked calls at all. Wants overreaching access to your data and provides virtually nothing but ads in return. TPhone app is hands down better in every way. Hate that Fold 4 with current carrier forces this down your throat to use the Bixby Call feature. Horrid app. Uninstalled a 3rd time. Keep hoping it will improve, only to be seriously disappointed. 😔

UI looks horrible and cluttered, and only 1/4th of the app is translated (it would literally cost less than 10만원 to get these simple words and sentences translated) but I'm interested in the features so I'm reserving judgment for now. Off to a bad start though.
