I can't even register an account using the app. Didn't receive any OTP, tried with another number and nothing works. I think the old KTMB app is more stable. Have no idea why they want to phase it out for something that's half-baked.

Great app and easy to use. However, there’s an issue with the touch out feature. Touch in is very fast when scanning the QR, but touch out tends to be quite slow. Hope this can be improved.

Please label OKU vacant seats separately from main count. Showing there are seats available only to realise it's only OKU seats (either 2 or 4) waste customers time. Please display vacant seats by coach to reduce unnecessary clicking to look for vacant seats. Booking steps relatively straightforward but improvements needed.
