Bought 4 tickets from ets online website on 23 Dec. After payment, no QR code or e-tickets were send to me. Googled around and got to know that it's common for this website to not issue tickets due to whatever reasons and can go straight to counter to check and verify in their system. On that day, reached salak tinggi transit and officer said nothing to check in the system. Ktm website and klia transit different company, so they can't do anything. Problem with ets online website.

Kindly look into the issue where the QR code at the top right corner is unclickable. I’ve attempted several times, but it still doesn’t respond. I had to purchase my ticket through the app instead, which was quite inconvenient.

Hard to use! Not compatible on Android 16 or something. Not sure! But Im not able to click on the QR logo on top right side. It appear to be too edge and difficult to click on it. End up have to use my TNG Card! While i already topup for whole month!
