Bought a ticket on 28th April 2026 and the ticket is not reflected in the app. (As of June 5th) How is this possible? This app shouldn't exist The hotline is useless too.

I can't even register an account using the app. Didn't receive any OTP, tried with another number and nothing works. I think the old KTMB app is more stable. Have no idea why they want to phase it out for something that's half-baked.

The system always down, and suddenly got penalty to pay up for the first gate, I'm not even pass the gate yet suddenly need to pay for penalty RM30+. This is not necessarily should be happened for someone that truly need to chase up the last minute train arriving
