I can't even register an account using the app. Didn't receive any OTP, tried with another number and nothing works. I think the old KTMB app is more stable. Have no idea why they want to phase it out for something that's half-baked.

This app works just fine but now they're forcing us to move to KITS which has a 1.3 rating? Maybe create a stable app before forcing all the users to move??

Good apps for booking the transportation. However, would love to see their improvement like how MyRapid Pulse do their apps. The apps need growth and to do better. They may need to collaborate with app development services for better insight.
