Kindly look into the issue where the QR code at the top right corner is unclickable. I’ve attempted several times, but it still doesn’t respond. I had to purchase my ticket through the app instead, which was quite inconvenient.

Hard to use! Not compatible on Android 16 or something. Not sure! But Im not able to click on the QR logo on top right side. It appear to be too edge and difficult to click on it. End up have to use my TNG Card! While i already topup for whole month!

app is a little janky but this is still the best way to buy KTM tickets online without having to go all the way to the kaunter. just follow all the steps one-by-one, make payment promptly, and it'll be fine. worked for me and my train was punctual. some of the physical entrance gantries are glitchy so be patient when scanning the QR code on the tickets
