Update 23 Aug 2025: Same old issue, the app still not able to pass the loading screen, since more than 1 year, the strange thing they informed me to use another app! App is not working Update 22 Apr 2025: App still not working and stuck in the loading and unable to login.

The tier index doesn't move at all. It stopped at Gold with 2 purchases left to Platinum, and I'm sure I've made at least 3 eligible purchases (online or otherwise).

3rd class app which never works. Not showing history, not showing profile.
