I am unable to sign in with my Latam account and have a functional experience. Every time I try to sign in, I can do so successfully, but it takes me to the Latam site pulled up on a mobile web browser. What is even the point of the app then? Not to mention if you back out and go to the actual app again, you have to repeat this process to sign in every time (with a verification code to your email, phone, or Whatsapp). I've never had this issue with any other app.

Don't waste your time using this app or LATAM Pass. Their LATAM Pass never works, then you call the customer service and nobody knows why you get errors in the app, neither they can direct to the right place. They say the only way to use the coupons is by using the app. Not even at LATAM at the airport (either Boston or São Paulo) they are able to help with this. I met someone else with the same exact issues. Very disappointed with their customer service! 😡😤

Does not work (intentionally). LATAM charges less for checked luggage if you purchase before check-in. But that function never works on the app, and many times there are errors on the website. It is not a mystery. This is intentional so they can charge you more at the check-in desk. This has been a problem for the past 4 years that I have flown with LATAM. I try to fly with a different airline any chance that I get.
