2021 Unreliable. I can turn off heating on the app and find out the next day that heating ran all night. I have to open and close the app a couple of times because it shows the wrong status. After making a change on the app, I close and open it to make sure the change took. The app shows that I made the change but the system may not register it. This issue has been going on for years. It continues after replacing a failed controller. 2025 same issues. Down to 1 star from 2.

5th update. I've been using this app since 2018, and I agree with many comments; however, it did work for me with only a couple of outages. Recently, it stopped working, froze upon opening. Did the usual, force stop - didn't work, uninstall and reinstall - didn't work. Finally gave permission for Phone, which did work. Maybe this will help others. It'd be nice to have all options that the wall unit has; however, I doubt Lennox will put new effort in an older app.

I'm 40 + years old and I have NEVER given an app a one star review...but this one is well deserving. as many have mentioned, it takes too long for changes in temp to take effect. the app always freezes on the first time I open it. so I have to close it and reopen it. TODAY, the app froze, like always, but then when I opened it a second time, it was still frozen. then I deleted the app and restarted my phone. then downloaded the app again, and when I opened it up, it was STILL FROZEN
