When trying to buy tickets it does not tell you where your errors that you have entered, so this makes it difficult to catch mistakes on your forms. Then it sends you back to the beggining of the page while telling you there is something wrong on their side when it is clearly an error entered in the forms. If the app only told you specifically where the errors are, you dont have to panic getting your tickets while trying to figure out whats wrong.

Whoever live nation is paying to develop, run and fix this app should be fired. They're stealing from you. This app has been around for too long to be still so frustrating and buggy when using. Get it together guys! You're too big to put your users through this still. Drop the hack jobs and use someone legit!

This app used to work fine. It let me use it to get into one concert and now it keeps crashing. I don't know if there's been an update lately or something but you seriously need to make sure your product isn't going to be buggy before you release it to the general public. Get it together.

1. The mobile website does not display the dates of events clearly. 2. The final purchase switched dates on me I'm stuck with a bad ticket 3. The only chat will not issue refunds 4. The hold experiences was non-customer friendly 5. The phone software is not clear and has a unsmooth user interface 6. Very disappointed the overall performance of the software and customer experience 7. They also pretend to be part of Ticketmaster

Tried to install this App prior to a concert I am attending tonight after reading about the features it offers. I can't even get the app to open. It just loads forever and gives me the same error message telling me to check my internet connection. I have switched between WiFi and data (both of which are suitable to run any other app) and neither works. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. It doesn't work.

Won't load? Sometimes it works, sometimes it gets stuck on loading screen. Doesn't matter if I am on wifi or data. What is going to happen when I get to a concert and try to show my tickets and it doesn't load? Considering the blatant thievery you exhibit with every ticket purchased, the least you could do is hire a competent programmer to write your dinky little app. Ya think?

Tried upgrading my tickets at the venue, Train Concert in Charlotte, and kept getting unable to get a secure connection. Tried using the facilities Wifi and still no connection. I've used this app last summer many times with no problems. Uninstalled and installed the app and still nothing. Bring back the old and out with the new updates.

The app is listing the same concert 6 times. I can only view out to Aug 13. This app used to work great. Now, it's a total P.O.S. Doesn't save Favorites. Doesn't list all concerts. Completely useless.

Help... I installed this app but it won't work. It just keeps loading. I even tried un installing it and reinstalling it and still nothing. I had this app before and everything was fine. I got rid of it to make room in my phone but I just recently installed it again and it won't work at all.

I downloaded this app because you wanted to buy concert tickets through the live nation app pre-sale, but when I try to search for tickets, the page is completely blank. I tried this on several different concert tickets just to be sure there weren't just issues with the one I was searching for, but they all have the blank page when I search for tickets. Why offer a pre-sale for an app that doesn't even work?!

This app is terrible. Every time I try to click on the experience upgrades it tells me that sadly the page I'm looking for cannot be found. That's the only reason I downloaded the app.

App is garbage. Tried three times to buy tickets on multiple cards. It gives you two mins to enter all of your billing info and it asked for a security code on one of the cards? Just use the website.

Downloaded this app for tickets to an event. Luckily for me, I had taken a screenshot of my mobile tickets, because for an hour before the event the app would not load. Uninstalling it immediately.

The app doesn't even open. I've been trying multiple times since yesterday and it is not my internet connection. After loading forever "events data", it gives me "cannot reach services, check your internet connection and try again". Wasted my time.

This app sucks. I went through the entire process to purchase tickets, entered my card information and the app continually tells me it can't process the card. Can't remove and re-add the card. Your app sucks.

I can't get it to load. I repeatedly get "unable to reach service, check internet connection and try again. " I've tried on wifi and 4 G. So much for not having to deal with paper tickets.
