9 times out of 10 I can guarantee some kind of issue with this app. I fly FREQUENTLY with them so it would be nice to have reliability with this app. My current flight wasn't showing up in the app called the priority line and got absolutely nowhere. Absolutely ridiculous with the amount of money I spend with this airline . I have to use them cause they're the closest airport to my house.

App is unusable. I cannot click a single thing in this app without it crashing and closing, and sometimes I don't even have to tap on anything for it to crash. I cannot check into my flights on the app, nor can I use Allegiants website and have to check in at the airport, where I have to argue with the agent to believe me that it's not me just being incompetent and still have to pay for a boarding pass. Both app and website need fixing for mobile use.

Please Update App User Interface and User Experience! The first page when I boot up the app does nothing basically. It is slow when going to the My Account option, which is the only way that I could check my trip/pass when I was actively traveling. Viewing boarding passes on the app is sometimes possible but it can work poorly too. I was worried I would miss my flight because I couldn't view my boarding pass at the gate. I got a pass luckily. Overall, poor app function and usability. PLEASE FIX!
