A sum of money was mistakenly transfered to the app account which has no outstanding loan. The phone number and customer care on the app doesn't work. There's no way of contacting you concerning the issue. And no wallet section in the app, so no way to withdraw the amount that was mistakenly transfered. Kindly check it out and rectify this issue thanks

It has been fast and reliable. The issue I have with your app right now is that after 2 timely repayments, it failed to generate another loan limit. I tried refreshing, logged out and logged back in but it was displaying 'Failed' instead of my new limit...even after deleting and redownloading the app and also adding my card. It's disappointing.

Not sure if this is the right place to make a review. But I decided to try out your loan app since I was in a pickle. One of the worst choices I've ever made in a hurry. Turns out you can decide to pay early but you end up paying the same intrest as someone who waits 30 days which is the only option other than 90 days given. So I think it's misleading to give an interest rate per day when the only option to pay back is per month forcing customers to believe paying early would make a difference
