Awful experience Currently sat in a webinar with, once again, no audio. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing wrong with my speakers Twice this has happened, the 1st time the audio suddenly started working. Maybe it's not compatible with my tablet. The help facility is overcomplicated so I gave up This affects my training schedule, so I'm really unimpressed. The previous version worked fine

My employer switched our phone system to this. I have NEVER seen or used a worse phone system. It is so utterly terrible and there is no customer service WHATSOEVER. Calls ring to certain extensions long before other, calls DO NOT DISMISS when rejected, there is no setting to change this. Call quality is inaudible, calls drops, calls do not connect. This service needs shut down immediately

Abysmal! I couldn't register for an account for some reason. I tried to attend a webinar that I had already registered for and it asks me to re-register and then I will receive a link to the webinar. I already had the session log in and I didn't receive any emails. So I don't know what that was about. Once I eventually got to the join session page, it froze the session never started. Missed a much needed training session.
