Ratings and reviews

This app is still buggy. Most of the time it works but it seems to glitch a bit too often. Has good features and if the stability improves it will become a good app. My only other concern is the inventory as listed online can be vastly different from what's at the selected store. Not the app's fault really, but inventory numbers need to be updated more frequently and accurately.

Videos on product pages auto play with no option to disable it. I don't want to watch videos! I want to see photos, read descriptions, specifications, reviews, and Q&A. All these activities are silent and I don't have to worry about disturbing anyone with noise from a video. Audio and video begin right away when you land on the video page. Turn that function off and I will adjust my rating. I shouldn't have to remember to silence my phone while using the app. I will delete the app if not fixed.

The app features are constantly crashing, especially the cart. The product selection can never be recovered. If you try to use an alternative such as the site through the web browser, after you log in, it automatically sends you back to the app, not helping at all. It removes any sort of workaround to troubleshoot your problem and does not allow you to purchase the products unless you redo the cart. Redoing it can be easy if you have 5 items, but when you have 150+, that's a lot of time wasted.
