Worked just fine for a few weeks until all cam notifications stopped. Had to reinstall everything. Notifications started working again, but the interface is too clunky for turning the cam on and off (sleep mode). It's not possible to wake it from sleep mode wirelessly. Clearly, the cam needs some kind of bridge that can also hold the micro memory card in a safer place—rather than inside the camera, where it could be stolen. Not a bad product, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio

Stopped using the outdoor ip cam. after the latest update I do not like the updated version with the purple photo starting screen. the app is too slow and does not open the camera view quick enough. And I don't need all the other stuff, I just use it for the outdoor cam. I want the previous version back. Tried to install the app again in the hope to have the older version but it is the latest. Cannot scan the QR code while adding new device so I have to stop using it.

ceiling light doesn't work because of broken app. i have been trying to get the ceiling light to stop flashing but nothing works. we have installed the app on 4 different devices but nothing works. I contacted customer service and the short answer is, you can not use their light without the app. so do not buy anything from this company their service is terrible and the app doesn't work
