Ratings and reviews

Good bank overall but the app needs to be fixed as it keeps on having bugs. At the moment I am at my 3rd attempt of re-installing the app as the Help tab isn't working anymore, when I was having a conversation about the business tab being glitchy in the first place. I'd be also great if there was more resources allocated to customer service as the response time for help is of days, which is pretty unhelpful.

Works great. Don't really get the bad reviews - while I haven't done a ton of transfers, I haven't had any issues with it so far. Instant notifications on card spendings, budget helper, savings and much more. Super modern and intuitive banking app compared to the standard banks in Denmark.

The app is ok, but the support people are not so much, if you have issues with them where they did something wrong it is just too bad so sad. They don't care about it and sends the case over to someone else. I wouldn't recommend them as a bank at all.
