Ratings and reviews

The Lunar app is a great banking app experience. It's easy to read, intuitive to use, and nice looking. It puts customer experience at the top. It would be great if this level of customization would be brought somehow also on payment. I would love to have the possibility to monthly transfer an x amount of money from account A to account B, if the amount of money in account B would be below a certain number

I downloaded this banking app as a secondary. But I'm thinking of switching this as my main to manage my finances for following reasons: 1.) less glitchy and technical problems compared to other norwegian banking apps, and even if you do get into one: 2.) Their customer support is fast. It's not a chatbot that communicates with you. 3.) So easy to organize and budget 4.) You can make a burner banking account if there is a risk of fraud. I would have written more if it werent for max word count

STOP MESSING WITH THE APP!!!!!!! Can't open the app from my home screen (just says app isn't installed) , but finding it in the google app store and clicking open and tadaa, it works as it actually IS installed! New column layout of expenses is atrocious to look at compared to the pie/circle we had before, lots of bugs and it seems like Lunar is deliberately trying to hide useful information in the most obscure places, so that the poor "overworked" ppl in support doesn't have to work at all.
