I love the features of this app. It has almost everything I would like to see in a workout tracker. One thing I do wish it had was the ability to do a timer per set to be able to track how long it takes to do each set. This was a feature I used all the time in the last workout tracker app I used, but sadly they stopped maintaining it and I had to find something else.

I've tried countless workout apps trying to find something to create and log custom workout routines. Some apps had some good features, but none had everything I was looking for. Then I found Lyfta! Lyfoa let's you create countless workouts and routines, has a HUGE database of workouts (stretches included!) sorted by muscle group, and even allows you to adjust set type (normal, drop, L/R, etc.). My only gripe is that I don't see a summary of muscles worked, but I might just be missing it!

I love this, it's great because you can easily target muscle groups and create a quick workout by filtering down and then saving stuff you've done in the past workouts. It's perfect for those that "don't know what to do in the gym". Not sure what the workout entail? Then click the question mark next to the exercise and it gives you a video of how to do it while also allowing you to jump to YouTube videos as well for more guidance!
