Ratings and reviews

This app is basically useless, the app can't connect to network when VPN is on, also fingerprint login doesn't work at all. When you log in with user name and password, it triggers 2FA and the SMS doesn't come at all until several retrials, this is essentially the same as using the Web browser to log in. The forced in-app navigation is another joke to the users, I don't see any point to use this app, and would give zero star if possible.

This is one of the most useless app I've ever used. I uninstall it after few minutes of trying. The Manulife is eager to spend money on MTR advertisements but not interested in investing a handy electronic platform.

User-unfriendly interface. Tiny font size is a tortue to eyes. Most in-app messages are junk and not allowed to mark as read or delete by batch.
