Quick to take your money but very slow and difficult process to withdraw if your lucky enough to win money. They had to re-verify my documents and take more photos of myself and after all that, I had to scan and upload the same documents that was already instantly verified through the app. Now I have to wait until the documents are approved(3-5 business days) freaking joke. You're better off just going to the casino, at least if you win you'll be able to get your money right away.

UPDATE: They totally broke this app and it sucks now. You now have to login every single time you open the app. It used to keep you logged in. The scanner is still buggy even after that second update. They removed the option to just click on a particular game and see recent winners, now, you have to dig into the "more info" menu to try find info that used to be right there at your fingertips. All the reviews here say the same things. Just change it back so it works again. Yeesh!

The app itself is very user friendly, though lately it's been very cumbersome. I understand having to log into the lottery website first via a pc/laptop to set up deposit information to verify location for security and tax purposes, and driver license for ID. However, when I use the app on my smartphone, in spite of giving full permissions, GPS location turned on, money in the account, I keep getting "Location cannot be verified at this time." error message on both home and others wi-fi.
