They recently updated the app that logs you out Every. Single. time. Seems extreme for a simple gas station app. I do appreciate the consideration to keep information private, it just seems over the top to log you out every time. They offer the biometric login but that never shows up as an option. Like I'm in and out of Maverik before I can even get logged into the app, and I just want to look at my points. Otherwise the Mav is my go to and is overall a great convenience stop.

continued issues with being logged out. Fighting with the double verification where I don't receive the verification code to log in. my brother also has the app and has the same issues. Please remove the double verification option its not needed for a mobile app. And get rid of the "session expired logout" mobile apps don't need those options. your customers will be happier with not having these issues. I have a ton of points and can't use them because I can't get logged back into the app.

The app kicked me out and it won't let me back in - every time I try to log in, it accepts my email and password, but won't send the text or email with a code to verify - or even show a place to enter any code. No matter which option I choose, it just says "authentication failed" and tells me I have so many "attempts" left until I'm locked out for hours. I'm out money on 3 fill-ups now because I've had to pay full price for gas because I can't get into the app. App is worthless if I can't log in
