They recently updated the app that logs you out Every. Single. time. Seems extreme for a simple gas station app. I do appreciate the consideration to keep information private, it just seems over the top to log you out every time. They offer the biometric login but that never shows up as an option. Like I'm in and out of Maverik before I can even get logged into the app, and I just want to look at my points. Otherwise the Mav is my go to and is overall a great convenience stop.

I'm an employee and I can't use the app. When I try to sign in, I get to the page that says "send code" so I can get a one time verification code so I can log in to my account. When I press the button for it to send the code, every time it comes up with a warning message with a countdown saying "incorrect code x attempts remaining" with a number counting down from 10. (I'm assuming if I keep trying to get my verification code, it will freeze me out of the login page or something. Smh....

the app runs great and I love the points system. but if you're someone like me and might forget to put your number in before a purchase there's no way to add points after unless you do a refund. wish you could scan a receipt or something. also would be nice to not have to put your full phone number but maybe like the last 4 digits or some kind of code you can create in the app. just some suggestions for maverik. still sticking with you as my main stop.
