Closed account and uninstalled. Another useless application that should be binned. Don't understand why I'm being asked a salary certificate. I've simply requested for a virtual banking card to use for online payments. The same has been pending for over a week with no updates, chat bot is useless, and customer service is extremely slow in their response.

My debit card has been locked for about a week already and i couldnt access my money, even connecting it to my google wallet. I dont even remember locking it in the first place. I tried re-installing it, even logging out a few times, gave it a day until i tried again but nothing changed. Frustrating in the end. Such a disappointment.

my card info revealed due to a scam call. Now I want to order a new card but IT IS NOT work in app. Unfortunately I can't talk to support agents either through app. Update: Thank you for your follow up āŗļø It's working fine now. I appreciate your business and support agents. š
