Opening an account was very straight forward. Getting an actual debit card and other customer services is quite the challenge. Using the app I can not even send feedback and raise questions. Many bugs to sort out! Looking to close the account is even tougher! Gave two stars as their opening process was good. Rest has alot of room to improve

Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to open a new account using the app, as it consistently fails to work properly. Furthermore, the integration with UAE PASS is not functioning, which is critical for my account setup process. This has been a very frustrating experience, as I was expecting a smooth and efficient process. I urge your team to look into these issues promptly.
