Follow the instructions to verify your identity using Jumio, our trusted verification partner. This includes a secure face verification process.

Protect your account using fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, or a 4-digit PIN.

Old app expires in a few days.. The new one doesn't work most of the time. I can't even add in my account, I keep getting a network error. Occasionally it does go to the next page, but by the time I get my card details out, it errors again. Why change something that wasn't broken? If you don't fix it you're going to lose customers to a bank whose app does work... I've already setup an account with another bank just in case you don't fix it. Your IT boss should be fired for being incompetent!

I used to rate this app 5 stars but due to the "new update", which is frankly a downgrade in most ways, I have to rate it 2 stars. Juice used to be the most simple, fast and easy way to transfer money digitally in the country. Now, all that is left is a buggy app, which is slow, freezes randomly, and is unreliable. I appreciate some of the new features like the higher transfer limit and tap to pay but otherwise this app was ruined. Please fix this mess.

Many settings do not work properly. When opening from notifications, the phone back button does not return correctly. Biometric login is activated but does not prompt automatically; it must be selected each time. The default account setting is also ignored during transactions. SMS alerts should be sent when an account is credited via account number, and all cardless transactions should appear in history. Weekend and holiday transactions should keep their actual date, not just appear on weekdays.
