Ratings and reviews

The app is ok, when it doesn't crash or get stuck on an old order and need to be uninstalled before it will work again. The deals and points are mostly worthwhile. When the food order is incorrect, there isn't an option to complain via the app aside from an occasional anonymous feedback survey. The online customer service on the website is next to uselss and passes the buck when the restaurant's at fault. The consumer right to complain is simply missing, just like the food that I ordered!

Why have the delivery driver go twenty minutes in the opposite direction when I'm a few minutes away from the restaurant? Also constant bugs - having to refresh the cache is not a good resolution. They also make it so difficult to sort out any complaints about missing items and force you to send the complaints to Uber with the only option being to call regardless as to if it's an order issue or a delivery.

Update... not great even when you are in the restaurant. If you aren't, prepare to have your password forgotten (requires a reset - not helpful when dealing with hungry family), location default to the *wrong* restaurant (as above - need to restart the order) and can't have another person pick it up. Imagine the developers had thought of every way to make it harder to do everything and you're about there. Only do it for the points. Just awful.
