Update... not great even when you are in the restaurant. If you aren't, prepare to have your password forgotten (requires a reset - not helpful when dealing with hungry family), location default to the *wrong* restaurant (as above - need to restart the order) and can't have another person pick it up. Imagine the developers had thought of every way to make it harder to do everything and you're about there. Only do it for the points. Just awful.

I like to order ahead before I get to store so wish it would show if their is a long queue b4 I make order so I can choose not to go in. Also hate the delivery app as many times they deliver food to wrong house or order not complete then I have to action for a refund when I would rather you just send out what's missing instead of having to wait for refund as sometimes the order I make was my last cash.

Frequently crashes midorder, leaving a random item in the checkout which can't be removed. Easier to order with other vendors than using the official app. Only installed because of the Monopoly campaign. Update: April 2024 - Deliveries taking in excess of an hour, food often cold. Uninstalling forever.
