Ratings and reviews

The app was amazing, worked well and effortlessly no matter where you were. However, recently in 2025, the McDonald's development team seems to have broken their app beyond repair. The app is not only slow now, but doesn't load pages, notifications don't lead you to where you want to go, and ordering is tortured. Won't use until it's fixed, and seeing by the rest of the reviews, nobody else will either.

Yikes. It's ridiculously slow, poorly optimized. Super finnicky. On the highway, it won't let us order, even though it can see the closest McDonald's 10 km away. Clicking order returns the error no restaurants found. doesn't work with password apps (can't paste passwords signing up), and the whole app resets every time you swap to another app. We only got it to work after arriving at a restaurant and sitting there for a few minutes. by that time, what's the point?

App continues to disappoint. Every time I open it, it closes and I have to reopen it. Extremely laggy and glitchy. Constantly stuck with stuff in my cart that won't delete for whatever reason. Can only enter one receipt per month to add your points when you order through other food delivery apps & receipt can't be more than 7 days old. Most of the "offers" are pick up only lately. Would rate 0 if I could.
