Cart will add items that i haven't even looked at, idk if it's from an order i didn't make or what, and items will be impossible to delete. Two things in cart, one deletes but the fries get an error message, ok that's fine let's add some burgers and go to checkout... at which point a 20 piece nugget is in there and errors when deletion is attempted. This happens every time. I haven't been able to use this app in months.

This app is truly awful. Always slow and unresponsive. It freezes every 2-3 button presses so I really have to know what I want and be quick if I'm gonna use it. I usually have to put one thing in the cart, let it freeze, wait for it to close, then open it to put anything else in or check out, rinse and repeat. Been waiting for an update to fix it but the last 2 have done nothing.

Horrible app. The code doesn't work half the time; glitches when you try to set up or turn off your payment method; can't log-in; and finding the actual rewards is not intuitive at all. Most of the time I end up giving up in the drive thru because I don't have time to sit there and try to make the app work. Very frustrating. Would be a lot better if it worked like other rewards app where you don't have to set it up before you order and just scan at the window...
