Unacceptable transition, Is FCB Safe? Rebranding the same features with a new graphic user interface should NOT require a modern electronic banking system to go completely offline for a week. Now that it's "done" I can't get past the log-on screen, constant loading, unknown errors, & I'm still unable to access my info. Definitely now worried about FCB's ability to protect my digital information, since they obviously aren't investing enough into digital operations if they can't reasonably roll out a new, simple application & website platform.
Can't get past logon screen ...!! Useless #$@!?/@$ New version 5.1.2. Cellphone= HTC 10. It loads and loads and loads ..but I never get connection to my account. Yes i get mail that my account is successfully loged on. Can't get passed logon screen ... As it is now it is useless and just an irritation. Another question ? ! How can I give negative stars ??? One star 🌟 is even 6 to many ! !
Rank amateurs. Criminal. Pathetic. This app has been rendered useless while FCB has simultaneously wrecked the entire online banking experience. It is a total train wreck ftom A to Z. This continues to be the worst online experience of my life ... and they have custody of a LOT of my money. My forward moving confidence us low because we have a government-like response. This app has not worked since it was upgraded. I tried for several days to get in even tried changing my password and uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. No luck. So I finally went into the branch today when I found time, I was in there for an hour was finally able to get in my account on her desktop computer but still cannot get into the app with my login and password. I do all of my bill paying off of online banking so for me this is a nightmare. And First Citizen acts like it's no big deal.
Doesnt work The 'upgrade' totally destroyed this app that functioned FINE BEFORE, BUT NOW DOES NOT FUNCTION AT ALL!! May have to change banks as i cannot access my accounts on any device....now the mobile app works....BUT 1/2 my accounts have disappeared! !! As with most, they fixed something that was not broken!!!!
Update: I am just deleting the whole damn thing. Much easier to use the desktop version. No issues there. Since the merger and new app, the login time is ages! And sometimes it never logs in. Just spins and spins. I have to go to the online site to do stuff. New app is terrible
