Once customers take the latest version, they may have to reset their biometrics (e.g. facial recognition, fingerprint, etc.).

This app used to be convenient, but it’s been unreliable for the past three months with ongoing login issues. Temporary fixes like password resets, clearing cache, and reinstalling no longer work, and it now just directs me to customer service again. Based on similar reviews, this seems to be a widespread problem. Not going to call customers support again, so it may be time to switch banks.

I'm supposing the app was upgraded. Now, it just stopped altogether. It gets past login credentials, but completely stops on the login splash screen. All it displays is a gray screen with a small white banner at the top, and a small blue banner at the bottom with the words "Logging on" written in it. But it goes no further. I left it for over 3 hours & it never went any further. It essentially froze, but it didn't freeze the phone. I could close it out and I did the first time. This was the 2nd.

This app works about 50% of the time. It will load and let you put your password in then the app will never finish loading. plus they do maintenance on the site every few days. I've been thinking about changing banks just from the hassle of the app. Horrible!! It works fine once you can get into it, but it is completely unreliable.

What’s new
