I have never been able to receive email or push notifications but during the last month or so, this app has become even more useless than before. Now when I try to mark my PTZ positions, the app will completely crash and shut down. Never, ever buying a SWANN camera again and I will warn everyone off it too. Support is non-existent, cameras don't work 75% of the time, and this app is also awful. Waste of time and money.

I've never been more frustrated with an app in my life. It's so antiquated. It doesn't allow push notifications to my phone but instead it goes to an email. Who checks emails like that?? There's no way for me to manually adjust the time stamp. My list could go on and on but who has the time? This entire app needs a reboot!

I've had this app and swann camera for a few years now. I have notifications off so I cant speak to that. But the motion sensitivity is great, being able to turn it up or down. It records the simplest motion and has always worked fine. Every so often the camera will do this weird thing where it stops being connected and itll make this clicking noise. I simply unplug and replug and itll reset. I was able to check my camera while I was across the state. Was able to see, hear and playback easily
