My cameras keep saying that they are offline in the app. I can clearly see that the dvr is getting internet through my internet carrier app. please fix this issue. I never had this many issues. the issue just started about 1½ months ago. I have dealt with it for this long. Hoping you guys would fix this issue, but it is still not fixed.

rereviewed latest update April 2025: App lets you see live view (slow and laggy) and has been enhanced to allow playback although the ui is better for that on the PC software. Also the app now enables password change (v useful) and is supposed to allow reconfig of detection zones, but that bit doesn't work on my Samsung s22 ultra.

The new UI for recorded events is just absolutely terrible. Bring back the old style please. app just gets worse and worse. extremely laggy. always picks up cars passing by but never footage that's actually useful when needed. all 5 of my cameras are about 3 years old and on all of them the light is going out. Just blinks over and over again. would never recommend this brand and I will never buy again.
