6 or 7 years ago, Swann used to be a great security system with a great app. But now it is complete garbage. Most of the time the app won't load. When it does load, it almost immediately loses the connection and freezes up. I highly recommend everyone to buy another brand. ANY other brand. Swann, if you have any recommendations, please let me know because I am ready to start a campaign against your products, and I guarantee that I will hit your bottom line.

is way too difficult to receive support, or find the option to cancel the post trial service upgrade. if my card was declined for insufficient funds the first time, then that should be the last time you attempt to charge it. we are both Lucky I don't get charged for the many declines. this is very unprofessional and am sharing a review to try to warn others of your potentially harmful persistence recharging a declined card. I am running into too many issues with the app to list.

This app is a complete waste of money. Half of the time it says that my cameras are offline, but my Wi-Fi and electricity are working just fine at my house. If the cameras are working and I click on one, it just spins and won't load the single feed. I get lots of errors when I try to watch the playback.
