Sign in with the credentials your provider gave you and get instant access to your full health record, book or join appointments, message your care team, and meet over secure video — all in one place.

The app is operated as a HIPAA Business Associate of your healthcare provider, who remains the covered entity for your medical records. WHO IT'S FOR

MD Connect is designed for patients aged 18 and over (or for parents and legal guardians managing a minor's care) whose healthcare provider uses an EMR system integrated with MD Connect. If you have not received login credentials, please contact your provider's front desk.
