You can schedule an appointment at a time and day that's convenient for you or have an on-demand visit in around 15 minutes.

All MDLIVE doctors are board-certified and state-licensed, with an average of 15+ years of experience. Update: I've started with a new, but highly skilled provider for counseling. Still some glitches, but less than when I previously reviewed. The 1 thing I can't stress enough is that I would likely have put off getting help if I'd not used telehealth and MDLive. I'm glad this is available. Glitchy app sometimes. Great providers

The service is great, but the app itself is a bit of a mess - certainly in comparison to Teledoc or other alternatives. The scheduling process was not intuitive at all, once the appointment was supposed to start, I had to wait for 15 mins without any feedback, nor ability to communicate with the provider - just system clocking. They also don't have 4 of the 5 cvs locations in my current area in their system, which just makes no sense at all.

Overall excellent. Slow and connecting to appointments, but connection is really well. Inconvenient that the audio doesn't continue if you need to look at your calendar. But I did not have to re-login in order to go back to the call. Very slow to retrieve messages sent after clicking on the message.
