Too many rough edges make this app a chore to use. First, the exercise timers are useless since they are keyed to the videos' timings. I get a 25 second timer for an exercise that needs 3 reps with a 30 second hold. This makes hands-off workouts impossible. Next, the rest time is too short, especially if you need to change or adjust equipment. Last, if you don't have Internet, your streaks are not counted, even if you do the exercises. I only use this because I have to for my PT

Audio cues and countdown tones are toggled on but just don't work? All i get is the voice saying "get ready!" So the only way to time my holds is to counting myself, which is fine, but the whole point of the app is to be a fancy stopwatch and log your sessions. Also why is my 10 rep, 5s hold excersise 40s long? This seems like a barebones effort to throw something on the app store. Nobody involved in this apps creation has used it or other fitness apps. Or, if they did, their input was ignored.

A simple app and better than a static paper guide but there are glitches. Sets will repeat (1,2,2,3 or 1,2,3,3), times will repeat (get down to 10 secs and then back to 19 sec), it will skip an exercise so I have to go back and complete it, then it records the exercise as both completed and not completed. There are so many whistles and tones that I expect mean something. Sometimes it gives verbal explanations of the exercise but sometimes there are offset voices (like row row row your boat).
