The length of the video doesn't match the length the doctor prescribed. For example, Shoulder Release with tennis ball is a 20sec video, but the doctor wants me to hold it for 3 minutes. So I need to pause the exercise program, exit the app, go to my phone timer and set a timer for 3 min, finish the exercise, go back to the app and continue with the next exercise.... Rinse and repeat. Might as well just write the exercises down on a piece of paper and not use this app at all.

Not intuitive. Needs a video that shows how to use it efficiently, esp for incompleter session. Doesn't follow PT's instructions or descriptions. Voice doesnt give name of exercise, hold times or sets. So u constantly look at phone, rather than focus on exercise. Cant easily clear or backtrack. Can't erase mistaken records. Weird grammar or I'm doing something wrong: the checked exercise shows as completed.

So far I like the app. Pretty basic and easy to use. Videos r great. Makes it easy to know if you're form is off or that you are doing the exercises properly. Helps to hold you accountable & ur care team informed. It's like your own custom personal training video. Still new to the app. Hopefully I can figure out how to rewind or redo a set without trouble. Being my first week, I have been inactive for some time so I may take longer to do my sets further into the session. I'll update soon.
