Besides the erratic app startup, this app is proving to be dangerous. I received an email this morning that the phone and the pacemaker stopped communicating FOUR days ago. They notified me, the county emergency services, and the doctor. This app is a useless NUISANCE. It's been over 18 months since I first commented on the lack of reliability. WHEN WILL YOU FIX IT? It would be great if it told me something. It's my heart we're talk about.

Medtronic and my MD request that I keep the app always running. Even though it has a background process, they really do want the UI minimized. That said, the app doesn't automatically restart when the phone reboots so I have to manually start it. Update Jan 20, 2025: The hang-on-startup-splash-screen problem seems resolved --- I haven't seen it for weeks.

Booo! I wonder when I will regret the agreement (use App vs bedside monitor) I certainly wish I had read through these reviews first! Initially the App seemed to be working fine but soon my battery life was severely changed & I have to charge it 2 & 3 times daily. After researching for solutions I decided to do a deep cleaning now battery works great but this App does not! Last wk's transmission only captured a few seconds of data. * I want to return this [too glitchy] & try Boston Scientific
