Waste of time and money. I was excited at first because my points did go up in the beginning so I wanted to give it a couple of months and paid all the fees. Then I ended up with a lower score overall because each month was reported as a "new" account being opened. The only thing I got out of the Ava card was a lower credit score and they extra fees out just to be able to cancel. If you don't pay the fees, the app threatens you that they will report you negatively to the credit bureaus.

LIES! They tell you to pay $10 to activate account and then you'll get your credit limit. After you pay, it asks you to link your accounts using plaid to determine your credit limit. Here's the problem, I use paypal and plaid doesn't connect to PayPal so Ava couldn't offer me a credit line. No hard feelings, I'll just cancel and get my $10 back right? BAM You go to cancel and find out Ava conveniently charges a $9.95 "early cancelation fee". So all in all, no credit limit and was robbed.

I have been trying for 4 months to get help. I keep getting AI responses. They have connected my information with another email. I have sent in all the documents they asked for. I keep asking for a supervisor and no one reaches out. I've asked them repeatedly to cancel my account. They continue to charge me. I can't access my account, so a 23 dollar charge went unpaid, although I kept telling them I couldn't access my account. My credit score has suffered and they charged me the money. It's awfu
