I reloaded my Dialog phone number using this Pay&Go app this morning, but I did not receive the required package to my phone number. According to Dialog company, this is the fault of the Pay&Go app. Pay&Go customer officials say that this is Pay&Go. The tech is informed and they haven't fixed it. In the end the loss is mine. Dialog says Pay&Go is wrong and Pay&Go customer service rep says Pay&Go tech is wrong.

The app crashes when we try to make a payment. And then the bank gets charged, payment gets stuck in the app and we have to wait, or call the support to update the payment. Not to mention "failed" payments which charged the bank nonetheless but never received. Support doesn't know how to fix but instead make you go around circles with lame excuses. Really frustrating since this was my primary transaction app for years. I know bugs can happen, but when you don't fix them for months, itd not good.
