After many years, I have decided to uninstall Pay & Go. Recently I made a few payments, and all of them failed. When I contacted support they asked for a reference id. Then, when I contacted the bank, they asked for a customer id. I never received any id for those payments. and neither side responds without it. It’s really confusing and frustrating to deal with this situation.

The app crashes when we try to make a payment. And then the bank gets charged, payment gets stuck in the app and we have to wait, or call the support to update the payment. Not to mention "failed" payments which charged the bank nonetheless but never received. Support doesn't know how to fix but instead make you go around circles with lame excuses. Really frustrating since this was my primary transaction app for years. I know bugs can happen, but when you don't fix Pick them for months,
