Ratings and reviews

Slow and buggy, bookings and tickets have shown up only after clearing up all the apps data and re-login. Boarding pass does not show up after check-in, check-in option does not disappear. Laggy, buggy, not intuitive. Cannot claim miles. Basically barely works after many retries. Better have the ticket and boarding pass printed. Eventually worked thus 2.

Useless app, does not work and even the website. I booked a ew flights, with TAP and Aerlingus, with AL all works perfectly, easy and reliable app and website, on the TAP side, the lights are not found, the apps logs me out for no reason between usages, I have to log back in, no matter what I try nothing works, adding my new flight references on the app does bring a code screen where the codes are being sent to contacts that are not related to me, then option to check in cannot find the flights

When checking in the app will generate a number and send to your email. By the time you go from the app to the email and back, the display on the app screen already changed and you have to do it all again. It gets you stuck in a loop.
