haven't been able to view camera feeds since early December, if access level is admin it resolves the issue, but users shouldn't need to be top level admins to view a single site. Apple app has been fixed and this issue no longer happens on iPhone devices. Android app needs to be updated to resolve also.

Its okay. It works but it's not very nice to look at and it's not very well orgnaized. It looks nothing like the dashboard so if you are used to that then this will be really odd for you. For example the networks are broken up into device types (wireless, switch, appliance, etc), even if you have it combined in the dashboard. They also have all the networks of a type grouped together. So all appliance networks are in a section the switch then wireless. But it works in an emergency.

the app is exellent yet easy to manage love its simplicity..
