I'm no longer with metro or T-Mobile but I can't uninstall the app. I despise the fact that even if I force stop, delete data and don't give it any permissions it keeps coming back up. I don't like the ads or news stuff. it makes my phone look messy. I've even uninstalled the updates on the app to see if that helps and somehow it makes things worse. every time I wake up, the app automatically just opens on my locked screen. it's annoying af. if I could give it no stars, I would.

The whole system is confusing with continuous updates and additional unapproved apps that cannot be uninstalled. The customer cannot manage their own apps, messaging, photos, emails, or phone calls without harassing adds, scam calls, auto generated robot calls that are identical with caller i.d. numbers, Constant nerve wrecking calls taking 30-45 seconds to say hello, silence following and a recorded script that plays non stop...lost internet connection constantly and Gemini vs Google.

don't need ads on my lock screen! It's also imposed, I am not even sure why I have it, but this will be the 4th time I have to delete cache and data to be rid of it.
