I've been paying for 6 months for coverage only to be told that they don't cover screen repair but they only cover phone replacement. that doesn't help because my data is not backed up in my accounts are locked in that device. no help whatsoever. they couldn't take a new device and put its screen on my old one nor could they offer any other shop or reimbursement option. total waste of money in my situation. also if need new phone just go to Walmart they're half the price of metros store prices.

**--** A FORCED 1 STAR RATING!!! I WOULD GIVE APP 0 STARS OUT OF 5!! **--** app is utter trash. has too many bugs as I should not have to be in loop of verification codes when I've put the current one sent verbatim 3 times already for instance.

Other than filing a claim this app is useless. I wanted to search the support library within the app just to explore what it had and it's wasn't able to display any topics or even give me a link to chat or call a tech support Rep. Disappointing to say the least, I even tried updating it thinking I needed a update, no success. Guess I will need to call customer service of I really need tech support.
