Other than filing a claim this app is useless. I wanted to search the support library within the app just to explore what it had and it's wasn't able to display any topics or even give me a link to chat or call a tech support Rep. Disappointing to say the least, I even tried updating it thinking I needed a update, no success. Guess I will need to call customer service of I really need tech support.

I'm not sure what type of "Plan" I'm supposed to have to use this app. I also did a basic help search of "coverage" and it came back with no results at all. Uninstalling app as it is useless to me. *Upon submitting feedback on the app... I couldn't even provide feedback.

Some parts is eser than some som you don't no what the symbol really mean on for helder people they don't really no nothing.about about apps but other wise it's it's OK we auto deal with it.
