I do love metro mostly because the customer service over the phone is phenomenal. I have had a few issues with the actual service though and they are still on going. not having actual data on my phone or the inability to connect to any type of wifi is frustrating. and having the fact that they took my insurance off my original metro phone and it broke and then not being able to get a replacement I had to buy a different phone and now that phone it self isn't working on the network.

At first, it wasn't too big of deal manage what we needed to accommodate for your updates, and then you upgraded the security more and more and more, practically strong-arming us into it what it is now, that it's so hard to just log in, we actually have to call you if something goes wrong, instead of a link being sent to our email, what if I had to pay my phone bill, I can't call your customer service when my service isn't working.

Metro keeps getting worse and demanding more and more personal contact information that it doesn't need to claim rewards/ pay a bill. The latest update won't allow you to pass the loading screen if you don't allow call access AND access to all your contacts. Access to make calls through the app is whatever. unnecessary for sure, but fine. But why do you need access to all my contacts? This has gotten ridiculous. The website isn't much better with demands for unnecessary personal information.
