I have had my service for a year and a half now. And i have the $60 plan. Suppose to be unlimited data. That is a joke. Every month a run out of data. Every month i have to call them and complain that i cant do my updates. And the operator really thinks they are doing something to solve the problem, and actually all they are doing is pacifying you til next month.. Seriously thinking about taking them to court. I have had it. A year and a half is plenty long enough to fix the problem
I have been with metro for about 5 years an it's been great but the last 5 months i can't stand it! I have been having so many problems with my phone service. As for the app it was really good untill they made a bunch of changes, i can't even change my plan like before. I'm really thinking about switching to another phone company.
You charged me 4 times on my debit card when I made my first payment by phone on Saturday. The first 3 times it told me my info was incorrect so the 4th try I finally spoke to a person, who was either on something or couldn't stop giggling at the thought of getting paid 4 times over, anyway, she didn't bother to tell me that ALL 3 previous tries to pay had gone through. 😡 I would appreciate it if you would put the money back on my card for the first 3 payments. And it would be nice if it weren't so complicated getting anything done with MetroPCS.
Firstly, have paid my bill on time every month! Have had several issues, with my phone with it freezing, being slow, etc. Added 2 lines to my account and was told all 4 lines will be due on the same day, the 29th. On the interim, one line is completely blocked. After speaking to a rep, cannot get any option to resolve without payment. No extension, no payment arrangement, nothing, but a threat of shutting all 4 lines down. REALLY!! I will take all 4 lines to another company! Believe that!
If I could give them -1000 I would.. terrible phones. It freezes, shuts off by itself, I never seem to receive calls or text, the phone shuts the data off by itself constantly. Customer service reps are not helpful. They are one big scam!
Eight out of 10 times it does not work. Then you have to call an operator just to get one gigabyte and instead of paying $5 we have to pay $8 cuz you're talking to human being that's pretty bad. Metro try refining this app.
