they changed the app, to make online payments. I logged in multiple times, only to keep getting logged out. and the log back in. They made it very frustrating. It wouldn't even show the balance I owed , when I finally got to the payment section. This new app sucks. What was wrong with the way it was. I'm all fir security. but that was ridiculous.

Genuinely Awful. I've used Metro for years because it's the only reasonable option in my area. The people at the Metro stores are wonderful and extremely helpful. You'll need that in-person help btw, the app and website are awful. Two step authentication never works (they've never managed to actually send the SMS verification codes). The "contact us" information is hidden somewhere on the website, which always a massive red flag. If it's meant for human use, it should be easy to use and access.

I was unable to update the app, which is required because the old one will no longer be accessible. I just keep receiving an error message saying that the update is no longer compatible with my device. So I guess I'll no longer be able to pay my monthly bill online via the app and possibly will be charged if I'm forced to pay by phone. It's so annoying when the updated apps are more of an inconvenience and/or aren't better than the older ones. 😡😡😡😡😡
