cannot get the app to connect to my Bluetooth and the printing is not printing good just black. it's the worst device and app. waste of my money. and no way to contact anyone to get help

New update doesn't detects the printer, it doesn't detects any Bluetooth device now. I tried with galaxy note 10 plus as well as oneplus 7 but same issue. Reverted back to previous version which works.

App is continuously crashing as soon as I open it. I have cleared my cache and its still not working.
