What is wrong with this app? I am constantly getting a pop-up with the title "Application unavailable" and the explanation "Our app is temporarily unavailable. Your relationship is important to us and we're working to restore service as quickly as possible. Your data and transactions remain safe." The app still allows me to navigate, but some functions are unavailable. However, the message above is constantly popping up and very annoying, and this has been going on for months!

My company required me to do a brockarage account. It took me about 3 days to complete this account. First at all BAC does not allow to do it in the app and when Tried to do it online they block me. I reseted my password and I tried to log in again. After the second try my account was block. I don't have a problem with authentications, but if you are going to mandate people to call customer service to do password change. just do it, but stop treating customers like stupid.

the only problem i have is that ya'll keep updating this app! stop it please doesn't need updates this much. I have no problems with this app. so I don't know what all these people 🤔 are talking about in these comments! maybe it's your service provider problems or connection. I do know this! when I don't have a good connection with service it runs slow or will not connect. fyi benefits online 😉 please stop all these updates 🙏 🙂.
