Not user friendly compared to SimplyGo for adding card, showing transaction history and topping up card. My NETS Motoring Card disappeared from the NETS app after 1 day. Moreover, this app crashes when topping up the motoring card via credit card. The app programmers should take a leaf (or several leaves) from SimplyGo. My Ezlink card can be topped up via credit card without any additional charge. There is no reason to use NETS Motoring Card at all, even if it is free.

Hi Patrick, we recommend that you add an ATM/ debit card from DBS, POSB, OCBC or UOB under payment method; this will help facilitate a seamless top-up experience.

Now I understand why this app rating is so bad. I cannot even get pass the send OTP to my phone number. You may say that I have input the wrong number, but there is no option for me to change or check the number I input. I just cant receieve the OTP. But it's NETS, doesnt dissapoint me lol.

Very stupid design. If the data is in the card and you need to scan the card to get it, let it be. However, you could at least show which card is registered and the status of the card. Customer can have more than 1 card and each may or may not be activated with your company. This is a minimum you could do. Allow basic info to be displayed for ease of use. In addition, could store last scanned data and tell customer to rescan for latest status. This should not be difficult to implement.

Hi Daryl, if you have multiple cards, you can scan with the app and it will show you if the card is active/ blocked/ terminated. Showing last scanned data when the data is not updated will cause confusion, as users will think they still have a lot of card balance but in reality they really need to top up or risk being stuck at car parks.
