where do I start? Only one device can be logged into account and, therefore, able to access the device at a time. log in, and the other is logged out. App is not made for landscape view. My security tablet is mounted to the wall. My phone is on me. The startup view is not settable - in fact, the app has no settings - only the device (camera). Not made for the real world. Let's get this fixed!

I have used this for over a year with only a few problems (usually nothing a power cycle couldn't fix). But as of 2 days ago, my camera disappeared from the app, and it keeps telling me it's a "Network Error". I checked all connections, permissions, and updates, but it still refuses to work. Now I can't even long into the app anymore! I am extremely frustrated with this app and camera.

Very straightforward to set up and start using! The only hiccup is that some symbol characters aren't allowed in the device passwords. Single quote, quote, colon, and semicolon at least. Understandable, but I had to use a simple password just to get through setup, and then fiddle with the longer password later to figure out what wasn't working.
