Ratings and reviews

The app will not allow me to create an account with a USA phone number. I changed the country prefix to +1, but it keeps telling me my phone number is incorrect. You have to get a code sent to your phone. I wanted to buy a weekly ticket on the app for a visit to Almuñecar because both the ticket kiosks at the Almuñécar bus station are broken. The website is very difficult to use. The buses and drivers have been very nice but it is ridiculously difficult to buy a ticket by any means.

I can't. I can't comprehend the logic of Spanish IT and management. Useless app. First they lure you to register promising 15% discount, then it takes up to 48 hours to get this discount (lol I though it will be valid for 48 hours) aaaand in the end it can't be applied to direct routes, only to some indirect that takes 1.5 hours. Not talking that Google Pay suddenly stopped working with "No route found", but I was able to buy with direct card payment. Just pay directly on the bus

Terribly designed app! I had to buy a ticket fast. It made me fill out WAY too much information, twice for some reason. And when I did that, it told me, could not find route. Suffice it to say I missed my bus, had to use a ticket machine, AND lost 30 minutes. Who designed this thing? Even Flixbus doesn't ask you for a passport or make you fill in anything twice...
