Ratings and reviews

The app will not allow me to create an account with a USA phone number. I changed the country prefix to +1, but it keeps telling me my phone number is incorrect. You have to get a code sent to your phone. I wanted to buy a weekly ticket on the app for a visit to Almuñecar because both the ticket kiosks at the Almuñécar bus station are broken. The website is very difficult to use. The buses and drivers have been very nice but it is ridiculously difficult to buy a ticket by any means.

The app is unstable and logs you out once every few days or after updates. Sometimes your tickets are missing even if you are logged in. You must check your email to retain them. Even if you choose to unsubscribe from marketing offers, they still send them to your email. When you come back to your account on the app or website, your agreement to receive these offers is ticked again. If you tick it off, they will start sending them again in a few days. To much spam. When I entered my card details to pay through the app it did not give me any indication that I was successful in my purchase and the screen froze. I tried this twice, then changed to buying through the website, by which point it turns out I had bought 2 tickets extra tickets on top of the ones I just bought on the website. I could then refund these tickets minutes later but not for a full refund! I'd buy your tickets online instead of through the app.
