Ratings and reviews

The app will not allow me to create an account with a USA phone number. I changed the country prefix to +1, but it keeps telling me my phone number is incorrect. You have to get a code sent to your phone. I wanted to buy a weekly ticket on the app for a visit to Almuñecar because both the ticket kiosks at the Almuñécar bus station are broken. The website is very difficult to use. The buses and drivers have been very nice but it is ridiculously difficult to buy a ticket by any means.

The app is unstable and logs you out once every few days or after updates. Sometimes your tickets are missing even if you are logged in. You must check your email to retain them. Even if you choose to unsubscribe from marketing offers, they still send them to your email. When you come back to your account on the app or website, your agreement to receive these offers is ticked again. If you tick it off, they will start sending them again in a few days. To much spam. the app is alright but you have to leave the page to okay the sake on your bank app. This means you have to start over, very inconvenient! I have to open my bank app on my laptop to verify the (often very small fare) then continue with my phone, requires a bit of juggling!
