The old app worked fine Since changing the app it makes me log in twice. Such a pain! This new app looks nice and updated but as far as functional... not at all. Please fix this because we all need mobile online banking to be simple.
This new app is terrible! 9 out of 10 times it gets stuck on loading & doesn't let me access my account. The old app worked fine!
Gotta fix bugs I like the convenience of doing my banking online..love all the options. The only thing that bothers me is the logging in. Sometimes I have to login twice, because it freezes up the first time. Also sometimes I put in my correct password and it tells me login error. Need to fix bugs.
Loading.... Gets stuck loading every single time. Only lets you in after you've tried a couple times. So inconvenient. This updated app LOOKS more user-friendly but only IS when it actually works.
Slow and Outdated I have several online banking apps where it is much easier to use and definitely not an outdated look. ASB app needs to step it up because the app looks like an online website page, not a mobile app.
Updated App: Bad News Before the app was updated, I had no problem with it- log in was fast and account was refreshed and updated. Now it seems like the app doesn't update with regards to transactions, but when I go to the website, the transactions are all there. The app takes 2-3 tries to log in, because it freezes and stops responding. If you press back and relog in after the first time, EVERYTIME, you'll probably get in. The security code is OK-- it's just hard for joint accounts since there is only one phone number.
