Works good Call the number and talk to a representative they'll help you out real good. Be patient though you might have to wait due to call volume.
HATE IT Can't log in. "Unknown error." Seems like everyone else on here is experiencing same problems. Why fix what isn't broken? App was good before. Now it's useless. Better off checking my acct at the nearest atm than this.
You messed up. Brilliantly. After this update I can't even log in to my account. The "Enroll" option asked for a number code which I got via text. Now it won't even let me enter said code and instead asks for all my personal information. Sounds more like phishing scam and I am not going to trust it. Edit: Just checked my email and I received messages telling my account has be locked because I tried to log in through the app. And on the first log in attempt too. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to sort this out as the office is closed.
Login problems Finally was able to get an acess code from getting through the phone numbers after multple tries. But now, it would just get stuck at the logging on window.
Fake Reviews Most people didn't choose to get the new version, so if the upgrade was automatic, why would people who had no issues be compelled to go here and write a 5 star review? These reviews are fake and probably created by the software company that screwed up the online banking. I am locked from my account, thanks ASB for making me want to switch banks!
Update sucks! Doesn't work! After forcing me to update the app, it wont recognize my log-in and password and now I'm locked out of my account! Tried calling customer service to reset password and can't get through!!!! I need to pay my bills!
