I'm having issue with the purchase in the app. I have called the call center 16 times and talked to the chat team 3 times, 1 time with the sales team and 1 time went to the branch. in all my attempts in 3 weeks my issue is still not solved. On top of all, when i asked to speak with the customer Manager, they refuse to transfer my call to him. please help.

bad experience, because I started the App in order to pay my bills, however I was promoted and forced to first do an Update to the latest version of the App but since I didn't have enough storage on my mobile I couldn't perform the App Update! and at the same time I couldn't Start the App unless I upgrade the App! this is poor design you should give the option to upgrade later and allow to proceed with old version to pay.

weakly weakly updation...when I open the app urgently there wiil be updation ..I can open the app only after updation its time wasting..I will lost my mind...some times it is not open, shows errors..worst app.
