Ratings and reviews

Fickle. I can sometimes use this app and it works, but otherwise it claims there are no buses due when I know there are buses due. Equally despite always keeping my location on it rarely catches up with itself and recognises I'm not 5 or 10 miles away from where I last used the app, days before! Google maps recognises where I am without issues so I know it's not my phone that's the problem here...I've made complaints, nothing changes.

I'm just re-rating due to the fact there's been an update on the app and it's now RUBBISH gone from 5⭐ to 1 if I could have put zero I would have! Instead of giving bus is due in 5 mins it's now say due at 21.23 which is annoying BUT my past journey history isn't showing anymore ?! And the new reward system has stopped working completely, I've tried to reach out to them but not had a response will try again, not sure why they had mess with it !? if its not broke don't fix it !! May delete!?
