I don't know what to do at this point my support case was opened days ago after the app said I needed to contact support to close my account. they spammed me with false notifications and that with the lack of support made me realize I'm loose with personal information. Im sending requests to delete my info I recommend you do the same if they got you too. And of course if I don't get a support response I will raise the issue because we should have full control of which accounts we have open.

I spent over a month trying to get the app to work properly. Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info.

Transaction fails every time, what's the point! This app is a scam. Customer support is unresponsive. I had to call multiple times even just to connect with a human being on the other side and they ended up giving generic info without solving the issue. Tried messaging them as well, but you guessed it right, they don't respond. I would say don't bother creating an account, anyways the limit is just USD 4500 per month.
